Tumis Tofu Udang and Nasi Merah. 200 gr pasta bentuk kerang, rebus setangah lunak. 5 buah sosis ayam, iris tipis. 2 butir telur rebus, iiris tipis. 1 buah bawang bombay, cincang halus. 3 siung bawang putih, memarkan dan cincang halus. Keju cheddar sesuai selera, parut halus. 3 butir telur ukuran besar, kocok lepas. Garam, gula pasir, oregano bubuk dan merica bubuk secukupnya.
